Yoga for Champagne Lovers


I came across this most excellent yoga instruction from Harold's Planet, I will be teaching a 45 minute class next Saturday after I have perfected all the moves, it may take a few practices! ah well

    I think I recognized the downward dog prior to a unique bottle-balancing move. Let me know how it goes!

    Yes, I can see that this would work just as well with a fine bottle of champagne.
